Payment Policy: For call-in or e-mail orders, Elemental Earth, Inc. can accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard orders. Shipping Policy: Continental United States shipping only! Two Sisters Gallery ships on business days all year round. Please be advised that we ship orders based on availability of product no later than 5-7 BUSINESS days after the order is placed. During the holiday season, orders could be delayed by the shipping service and product availability. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. You will receive an e-mail from our Customer Service Department with a tracking number when your order has been picked up by the delivery service. We ship ONLY via U.S.Postal Service (USPS) or United Pacel Service (UPS). We will not ship any other method at your request. You can choose the speed of shipping when you are placing your order. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the weight of your order and location. Shipping rates are not negotiable and will be affected by residential or business location delivery. If you have a question about shipping rates on items to your address, please contact customer service sales@2sistersgallery.com. If your item is shipped via UPS Ground, your package does not come with a ¿signature required¿ service. If you would like your package delivered ONLY in the case that someone signs for it, please include this information in your order. If you do not have a request on file, in some cases they will leave your package on your doorstep. Exchange/Refund Policy: In order to ensure prompt exchange/refund, the original invoice must accompany items returned. If it necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions: Returned in original packaging. Returned to Two Sisters Gallery within ten (10) days. Returned to Two Sisters Gallery unused. Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise. Enclose a brief letter of explanation. A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange. Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 15% restock fee. All returns must be prepaid; no COD's accepted. If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
